How do you become a KinderSpeak Kids Spanish Teacher?

Pricing, Ordering, and Payment

All prices stated in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Will I be charged sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require we charge sales tax on shipping and handling charges. These taxes will be calculated when we contact you to confirm your order.

How do I order from KinderSpeak Kids?
To place an order, click the Order button. Click Add to Cart. You are then given a choice to either Continue Shopping or Check Out. You can also click on View Cart once you are ready to check out. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page where you can view the items in your basket and shipping information. Select Check Out to begin the purchasing process. To finalize your order, click on the Process My Order button. You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Should there be any problem filling your order, you will be promptly notified via telephone, email, or regular mail.

What forms of payment does KinderSpeak Kids accept?
We proudly accept Visa and MasterCard.

When will KinderSpeak Kids bill me for my order?
We will bill your credit card when your order is shipped.

Why did I receive an error when I tried to place my order with my Yahoo or Hotmail email address?

You must enter a domain name based email address - this cart will not accept an email address from Yahoo or Hotmail, for example, as a valid email address. This is for security purposes since history has shown that transactions from these types of accounts have been highly fraudulent. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not distribute, sell or share our mailing list with any third parties unless required by law. You may call in your order or email us.

Shipping

Does KinderSpeak Kids ship to international addresses?
KinderSpeak Kids only ships to the 50 US addresses.

Does KinderSpeak Kids ship to PO boxes?
Yes. All shipments will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Purchases will arrive within 10-14 business days.

Returns

What is KinderSpeak Kids return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchases, KinderSpeak Kids will credit your account as soon as the return merchandise is processed. The items must returned unopened and within ten days of receiving the order. The amount of the original purchase may be applied to other KinderSpeak Kids purchases. A 35% restocking fee will be applied if the product has been opened or damaged. Sorry, no CODs accepted.

How do I know my credit card number will be safe?
We take every precaution to ensure your personal data, including credit card information, is secure. The KinderSpeak Kids site utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on all pages requesting personal information. This encryption technology prevents anyone from using your data if intercepted.

Will KinderSpeak Kids sell my email or other personal information?
We use personal information provided on order forms to fulfill merchandise orders. We may also use order information to contact you when necessary, such as when an ordered product is out of stock. KinderSpeak Kids may use personal information to notify you about new products or services. If we do, we will provide an email by which you may inform us you do not wish to receive such materials in the future. KinderSpeak Kids will not share any personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.
